This position works at our headquarters (132 West 31st St) and offers a Monday through Friday schedule.





Key Responsibilities:



+ Manage complex calendars and scheduling for company executives


+ Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of executives


+ Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and arranging logistics


+ Coordinate travel arrangements


+ Maintain various records and documents for company executives


+ Prioritize and respond to emails as necessary


+ Ensure smooth project progression within set timelines and budgets


+ Communicate project details across various levels and departments


+ Perform additional duties as assigned






Qualifications:



+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent


+ 3-5 years of experience in managing large, complex projects with significant organizational impact


+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, OneNote, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


+ Proven ability to manage competing priorities with a positive attitude


+ Outstanding organizational skills


+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills


+ Prioritize emails and respond when necessary


+ Excellent time-management skills


+ Keen attention to detail


+ Ability to multitask
