Must have previous experience as personal assistant to CEO in a mid to large company
Previous project management experience
Advanced Microsoft software (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
Previous experience of measuring progress of projects
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbally
Ability to work in fast paced environment with ability to multitask
Must be flexible with work hours
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree Required
5 - 8Years of Direct Experience in assisting CEOs in mid to large companies Required
6 - 9Years of Direct Experience in assisting CEOs in mid to large companies Preferred
1 - 3 Years of Supervisory Experience Required
4 - 7 Years of Supervisory Experience Preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
Lift up to 20lbs
Carry up to 20lbs
Stand/walk
