Executive Assistant/Project Manager at Beacon Hill

Our client, a hospitality organization in Boston, is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join their team. The role is moving quickly, with potential to convert perm. The role pays up to 40/hr on the contract side, and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management:

• Oversee and manage special projects assigned by the EVP.
• Plan timelines, track deliverables, and ensure project quality.
• Maintain accountability within project teams and report on progress.
• Evaluate and implement changes to achieve project goals.

Executive Support:

• Provide comprehensive calendar and meeting management for the EVP.
• Coordinate internal/external meetings, including Board of Directors sessions.
• Draft and handle correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Arrange travel and manage EVP's expense reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion while managing high-priority tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience and 3 years in project coordination/management.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities independently and with attention to detail.
• Experience in tourism/hospitality is a plus.
