As the Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator at this consulting firm, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a dynamic, fast-paced team. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative assistance while also contributing to key projects. Your responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic travel, and fostering relationships with clients. The ideal candidate has experience working with clients and supporting the C-suite. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize a high-demand calendar, coordinate travel logistics, and serve as a liaison for the executive.
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations and research relevant talking points for meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by responding promptly and effectively to their needs.
- Draft, edit, and finalize documents, meeting materials, spreadsheets, and other written materials with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist the executive with ad hoc assignments and projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced. You have a minimum of 5 – 10 years’ experience working in an Executive Assistant role, Legal Executive Assistant or similar administrative position with client exposure.
- Diligent. You produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Inquisitive. You are naturally curious and love learning the ins and outs of business.
- Poised. You remain calm under pressure, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines with grace.
