SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for an Executive Assistant, Principal to provide high-level, confidential support to the CEO and other senior and executive team members and will manage the organizational administrative staff.
Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and non-routine information on behalf of the CEO.
- Lead, direct, and train organizational administrative staff.
- Screen incoming phone calls, mail, and other information requests for the CEO and adjudicates appropriately.
- Review and prioritize wide-ranging written and verbal information and confidential requests to present to the CEO and/or other senior-level management for consideration.
- Apply critical thinking and provide analysis and recommendations to the CEO and/or other senior-level management on business initiatives where appropriate.
- Efficiently and effectively handle the CEO’s calendar, schedule, and expense reports.
- Prioritize meeting requests based on business needs.
- Coordinate complex activities involving multiple groups; including meetings, travel, conferences, and other company-wide events
- Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders and prepare agendas for senior- and executive-level meetings.
- Attend meetings and capture detailed notes.
- Provide action item follow-up to ensure completion where applicable.
- Design and draft general business correspondence, templates, and memos.
- Manage special projects as assigned by senior- and/or executive-level management.
Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Ten (10)+ years of administrative experience, to include providing support at a C-suite level.
- Seven (7)+ years of experience with MS Office Suite; must have strong Outlook calendar skills.
