We are looking for an administrative assistant to support executives within multiple departments. • Handle and coordinate active calendars and travel arrangements
• Schedule and confirm meetings, booking appointments and preventing conflicts
• Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure a seamless and positive experience
• Ensure file organization based on office protocol
• Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and a desire to be proactive
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
