Client Overview:
Our client, a leader in their industry is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support their President. This firm prides themselves on providing innovative solutions to their clients throughout the world.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will be the first point of contact for employees and clients who are reaching out to the President. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a “no task too big or too small” attitude. Applicants for the Executive Assistant role must have previous experience supporting executives specifically with calendar management.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Manage complex calendars using Outlook.
- Assist with scheduling travel.
- Process expenses using Concur.
- Generate reports using CRM.
- Upload and manage documents.
- Assist with various projects for the leadership team.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
- Previous experience supporting senior-level executives.
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management and administrative skills.
- Professional and polished demeanor.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
