Executive Assistant

QUAD is immediately seeking a highly organized and personable Executive Assistant for a financial services client located in Center City. Hybrid work environment; local candidates only.

The Executive Assistant will directly support two senior level executives to include the Chief Human Resources Officer with meetings management.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling, developing agenda and related follow-up, and creating PowerPoints as needed.
• Performing complex calendar scheduling
• Communicating with staff assistants (internal and external) regarding meetings scheduling and communications coordination
• Organizing all travel and transportation needs, both domestic and international, and preparing expense reports
• Preparing various correspondence (memos, emails, etc.)
• Planning all aspects of corporate events and meetings
• Utilizing various program to create presentation and reports

Skills/ Competencies:

• 5+ years’ experience providing senior level executive support
• Ability to interface with Executive Management and Board of Directors
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, calendaring systems, and meeting technology
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, written)
• Ability to effectively multi-task and complete projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Additional Details:

Compensation: $100k (total)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
