Executive Assistant - Top Stack

Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team! This person will provide high-level administrative support for a C Level Executive and other Directors as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative needs of Executive
• Arrange conference calls and meetings
• Plan work-related travel details
• Receive visitors
• Train and supervise lower-level clerical staff
• Maintain and order supplies

?Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be Proactive
• Microsoft Office knowledge (PowerPoint)
