Overview
The Executive/Personal Assistant enables the SENIOR LEADERS to advance company initiatives and goals. The dynamic nature of this role requires exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the SENIOR LEADERS's needs, including personal tasks from time to time. Will handle highly sensitive and confidential information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- At least five years of related experience required.
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Works directly with the SENIOR LEADERS to support all aspects of her daily routine.
- Provides high-level administrative and personal assistance to the SENIOR LEADERS and other Senior Leaders.
- Maintains the SENIOR LEADERS's calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings and travel arrangements, exercising discretion when committing the SENIOR LEADERS's time.
- Serves as primary point of contact for the SENIOR LEADERS.
- Helps monitor the SENIOR LEADERS's email inboxes.
- Drafts internal and external communications for the SENIOR LEADERS and other Senior Leaders as assigned.
- Arranges travel accommodations for the SENIOR LEADERS.
- Prepares expense reports for the SENIOR LEADERS.
- Prepares meeting materials for SENIOR LEADERS, including agendas, minutes, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Performs routine office tasks including maintaining SENIOR LEADERS's digital and paper filing systems and ordering office supplies.
- Performs other administrative and personal duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge and Skills

- Flexible schedule to accommodate SENIOR LEADERS's needs.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Microsoft certifications preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration.
- Ability to interact with high-level executives.
- Familiarity with the construction industry preferred.
