Executive Personal Assistant- Palm Beach, Florida - The Calendar Group

Our client is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant in Palm Beach, FL, to provide comprehensive support to a high-level Executive. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to shifting priorities and time-sensitive tasks, have excellent organizational skills, and be highly motivated and resourceful.

Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management
• Scheduling professional and personal appointments
• Screening calls and incoming communications
• Reconcile statements and expenses
• Handle email correspondence on behalf of the Executive 
• Greet and assist visitors 
• Bill pay
• Arrange complex travel (domestic and international)
• Liaise with the Executive's various staff, residences, and office employees. 
• Conduct online research and projects as requested 
• Arrange medical and personal appointments for the Executive 
• Sourcing and ordering office and personal items for the Executive and family. 

Requirements:

• Fluent is English and Spanish
• 5 years of similar experience supporting a C-suite executive
• Excellent, verifiable references 

Salary: $110K - $120K 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week (on-site)
