About the Job
Seeking an Executive Assistant for the CEO. The Executive Assistants must be mature and dedicated to their work.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2- 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager or Administrative Manager
- Flexible with hours
- Management skills
- Able to train employees
- Fluent in English and Spanish- 90% of our clients are Spanish-speaking
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures
- Analytical Skills
- Adaptable
- Open to occasional evening and weekend work
- Must be able to work at the office in person.

- Manage the CEO calendar
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, events, and supervise
- Provide project/task progress updates in communication with department managers, employees, and other stakeholders
- Oversee general office operations
- Manage filing systems and office supplies innovatively and efficiently
- Coordinate with IT to ensure systems are secure, upgraded, and working as intended.
- Work with Human Resources partners and other stakeholders on employee recruitment, interviews, onboarding, disciplinary actions, termination, and company policy updates
- Arrange travel processing, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
- Provide excellent leadership and coaching to team members under the Office Manager’s supervisory responsibilities
- Play a crucial role in upholding the company’s motivating and empowering culture
- Collaborate on event planning and execution.

$40K annually + $24.85 per hour
