Executive Assistant:

We have an opening at physical and occupational therapy/rehabilitation setting for an executive assistant. For this position, we're looking for candidates who are professional and highly-skilled, and ready to maintain various administrative duties. The ideal candidate must be a team player, willing to learn and adapt to changing situations and must have experience using Microsoft office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Smithtown, NY 11787: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
