Executive Assistant & Office Manager
Manchester, New Hampshire USA
Office-based at least four days a week

We are a fast-growing global reinsurance speciality company servicing the insurance markets of Lloyd's, Europe and North America.
Due to our increased presence in North America, Compre is looking for a well-organized individual to provide a blend of general office management and admin assistance to our senior leaders in the USA and Bermuda.
You'll contribute significantly to a positive experience for our team members who regularly use our facilities in Manchester, New Hampshire, while also providing high level admin and logistical support to leaders.
Key Responsibilities• Managing office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Overseeing telephone services, email correspondence and mail distribution
• Maintaining office supplies inventory
• Creating Purchase Orders (POs) and processing invoices
• Manages and arranges appointments between landlord, supplier, contractors and vendors
• Distributing ID Badges and managing access to the office in compliance with the building safety requirements
• Fulfilling health and safety training plus DSE training to support the daily health and safety of employees
• Support and communicate the emergency procedures
• Health & Safety audit support and manager of the outputs of each audit
• Provide support with organizing social/ESG/ group events
• Provide assistance and support preparing for new hires.
• Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Directors and/or other assigned leadership staff
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, emails, memos, invoices, reports and other documents for senior staff
• Arranges travel and accommodations for executives
• Calendar management/maintenance for senior leaders
• Manages expense reports and submissions for senior leaders
• Schedules, coordinates and may attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes
• Receiving incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
Skills Knowledge and ExpertiseQualifications/Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in office administration or related field preferred
• At least four years of administrative and clerical experience
• Experience of managing a dynamic office environment
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
