Job Details
- Weekly Pay Range: $35/hr
- Start Date: December 9, 2024
- Duration: 26 weeks with the option to go permanent
- Shift: 8 Hour Days
- Hours Per Week: 40
Job Requirements
- Experience supporting C-Suite level executives in a hospital setting
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all calendar scheduling and logistics, providing necessary background materials for meetings
- Review, prioritize, and distribute correspondence and documents
- Conduct research and provide administrative support for special projects, including data preparation and follow-up
- Attend and facilitate meetings, record minutes, and participate in committees as requested
- Draft and edit PowerPoint presentations, scripts, talking points, and leadership messages
- Collect and compile data for reports, budgets, correspondence, and charts
- Plan, edit, and write content for internal communications mediums such as intranet, newsletters, or email bulletins
- Make travel arrangements and prepare travel advance and expense reports
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate trust and good stewardship of sensitive information
