Resource's typical working day:	This role will be supporting one lead broker. However that Broker does have a team that reports under them so there will be needs that come from other individuals on that team Event Planning Scheduling meetings Client Management Drafts confidential correspondence, edit documents, take and transcribe minutes of meetings, and perform other administrative and secretarial duties. Creates, maintains, and/or updates various databases. Extrapolates, analyzes, and presents data for management information reporting purposes. Serves as a liaison between executives, internal management, employees, clients, and visitors as required. Leads and monitors issues for appropriate follow up. Takes independent action on handling requests; determines the appropriate course of action, intervenes where necessary, and acts as a liaison between departments. Plans, coordinates, and supports meeting and conferences. This HM team placed a strong emphasis on their employment history: They do not want to see resumes where candidates have less than1year of experience at an employer If there are employment gaps they need to be 3 months or shorter and they must be called out on the resume
Years of Experience needed:	Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast pace executive assistant environment
Level of Education:	H.S Diploma is Required Would prefer an Associate's Degree or Higher
Systems/Software proficiencies:	Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
