About the Job
Our client is a public relations firm. They seek a temp to perm Administrative Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Execute advanced and proactive calendar management
- Manage the president’s time efficiently and effectively
- Provide phone coverage, field phone calls, and redirect as appropriate
- Distribute messages in a timely and appropriate manner
- Communicate between the president’s office and internal departments
- Review meeting invitations for virtual events and in-person meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and handle logistics reimbursements
- Complete other special projects, including personal tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Public relations industry background
- Organized with keen attention to detail
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
