Executive Assistant
12 months contract
Rate: $35/hr W2

**This assignment will be hybrid**
EnC Support/EA Role
• US Intermediary Wholesaler Support 80% of time and 20% of time spent as Executive Assistant to Distribution Management team
• Liaise with sales to facilitate the Expense Reimbursement process on a daily basis
• Provide support for tracking progress of Distribution Management’s projects and analyze the data as needed to assist management in the prioritization of work
• Navigate Firm’s resources, interface with various departments on behalf of executives to collect information, respond to requests, obtain services
• Ability to maintain excellent communication standards, including with senior management and sales representatives
•Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to Executive Director and the Distribution Management team
•Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. This also includes making travel arrangements, preparing presentations, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent communication, writing, judgment, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills
• Must be an enthusiastic and positive team player who is willing to help out and who works well with colleagues
• High degree of professionalism, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities
• College Degree Preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Microsoft Outlook
Successful candidate will have 3-5 year’s experience in an administrative support or similar role. Prior experience supporting director or other high level executives is required. Supports executives and administrative staff in general office duties and defers all significant decision making to management. Requires a high level of professionalism and business etiquette. Due to the confidential and sensitive nature of information to which the Executive Assistant may be exposed, discretion is required. Position calls for initiative, independence, and compliance. Must be able to learn quickly and to engage in a number of detailed tasks at once. Must have strong flexibility in regard to the duties assigned, and the hours necessary
