Responsibilities:
- The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to a senior executive / MD and their immediate team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
- This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and catering.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Oversee office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in an administrative or senior executive support role.
- Previous experience in a banking or financial environment is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Primary Skill: Microsoft Outlook
