HumanHire is partnered with one of the world's largest investment firms in search of an Executive Assistant to join their growing team in NYC!
The Executive Assistant will provide support to various departments within the organization.
We are seeking candidates with 7+ years of EA experience within professional or financial services supporting an executive or executive team.
What we offer:
- Position: Executive Assistant
- Location: New York, NY (Midtown)
- Compensation: Up to $150,000 per year
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5PM with hybrid flexibility (2 days remote)

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple complex schedules & calendars by coordinating and scheduling time sensitive meetings and conferences
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Communicate and liaise with both internal and external team members
- Handle written and verbal correspondences on behalf of executives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with special projects and handle other administrative tasks as needed, such as processing expenses and maintaining office equipment
Requirements:
- 7+ years of EA experience supporting an executive/executive team within professional services required
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
