About the Role:
As an Executive Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our team, providing vital support to our executives and contributing to the overall success of our firm. Your role will involve a variety of administrative tasks aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity.
What You'll Do:
Manage the busy schedules of our executives, ensuring meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements run smoothly.
Act as a gatekeeper for our CCO/CMO, filtering communications and managing correspondence.
Play a pivotal role in information management, organizing documents, presentations, and reports with discretion and confidentiality.
Facilitate communication between departments, coordinating projects and disseminating critical information effectively.
Handle special projects and conduct research, contributing valuable insights and recommendations.
Anticipate and address challenges proactively, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
Competitive compensation ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per year.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a similar role.
