Executive Assistant to Founder and Partner, Growing Private Equity Firm, Midtown, NYC
A growing boutique Private equity firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Founder and Partner as well as manage overall office needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a hospitality mentality who is very detail-oriented and organized. Candidates outside of the finance space are welcome to apply.This role is 5 days in the office
About the Job:
¨Support the Founder and Partner as a “right hand Gatekeeper” handling all day-to-day matters, prioritizing email correspondence and managing their calendars
¨Organize and manage travel arrangements and video conference calls
¨Edit and review supporting materials for client /investor meetings ;do client research
¨Arrange special events, dinners
¨Handle all expense reporting (Concur)
¨Be the overall “go to” in the office for ad hoc administrative needs; re-ordering supplies, setting up conference room for meetings including catering
¨Ad hoc special projects
¨Base salary plus bonus, Comprehensive health benefits
About You:
¨2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting busy c-suite executives. Experience from hospitality, fashion, luxury goods, media, PR or advertising firms highly desired
¨Bachelor’s Degree
¨Ability to deal with high level executives/investors and manage those relationships with diplomacy
¨Very detail oriented with the ability to change gears quickly - a true multi-tasker
¨High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information
¨Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
¨A polished, positive “can do, take initiative” personality
¨A hospitality mentality with a “no job too small” attitude
