Primary Responsibilities
Administrative Leadership
- Serve as the strategic right hand to our CEO and leadership team
- Manage executive calendars with precision and foresight
- Handle confidential documents and communications with utmost discretion
- Take detailed meeting notes and ensure effective follow-up on action items
Communication Hub
- Act as the central point of communication for executive leadership
- Screen and prioritize communications with strategic thinking
- Maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders
- Transform complex technical information into clear, actionable communications
Digital Presence Management
- Own and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn and Instagram
- Create engaging content that showcases our innovative culture and technical expertise
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms
- Track social media metrics and adapt strategies for maximum impact
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social content with company initiatives
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices
Event & Project Coordination
- Orchestrate executive meetings, tech conferences, and company events
- Manage comprehensive travel arrangements for leadership team
- Support special projects from conception to completion
- Ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
Experience & Education
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 4+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a technology-focused environment
- Proven track record of social media management and growth
- Experience with digital content creation and management
Technical Prowess
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Expertise in social media platforms and analytics tools
- Strong digital literacy and ability to adapt to new technologies
