About the Job
Our client, a renewable energy company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a senior leader and small team in their NYC office. The hours are 9am-5pm (flex to be responsive after hours) and this role is in the office five days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as gatekeeper to executive and provide seamless administrative support
- Manage extensive and complex calendar
- Coordinate meetings and draft presentations, set agendas, and prepare materials
- Maintain documents, take meeting minutes, and draft communications
- Book international/domestic travel including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Process purchase orders and invoices; manage expenses
- Cover Reception and assist with special projects as required
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience, preferably supporting senior leaders at growing organizations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint (presentations and charts) and Excel
- Knowledge of Concur a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $100-120K base depending on experience + bonus
