About the Job
Our client, a hedge fund, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Office of a C-level executive in Miami, FL. The day starts at 7/7:30am and end time will be dependent on the day. One must have a 24/7 mentality and be able to be available and accessible. This role will work closely with a team of other EAs and report into the Chief of Staff. Required to be in the office five days a week. This firm is willing to pay relocation from NY to Miami.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars for the C-level executive and their Chief of Staff
- Remain in constant communication with the EA team about scheduling changes, adapting as needed
- Act as the face of the C-level executive and Chief of Staff when they are traveling
- Assist with a variety of ad hoc tasks to make sure the day to day of the C-level executive's office efficiently
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3.0 minimum GPA
- Significant C-level support experience in a fast paced environment
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $200-250K base depending on experience + bonus
