About the Job
Our client, a global alternative asset management firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Business Development team in their NYC office. The hours are 8:30/9am-5:30/6pm (need flex) and this role is hybrid with four days in the office and one day remote.
Responsibilities:
- Provide critical logistical and organizational support to investment professionals
- Manage heavy calendars and phone lines; manage meeting planning and preparation
- Process and submit expenses
- Schedule and coordinate heavy domestic and international travel
- Develop strong understanding of team goals and align work to support those goals in collaboration with colleagues
- Balance multiple priorities and work proactively to anticipate conflicts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-7+ years EA experience, preferably in financial services
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SAP Concur
- Driven professional capable of working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $115K base depending on experience + bonus
