About the Job
Our client, a public relations firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two Executives in their NYC office. The hours are 8:30/9am-6pm (need flexibility) and this role is hybrid with Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday remote (need comfort with 5 days depending on Executive's schedule).
Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless administrative and strategic support regarding calls, meetings, events, and conferences
- Create travel itineraries and accommodations
- Assist with the preparation of presentation materials
- Compile monthly expense reports
- Assist with internal and external events
- Work closely with other administrative staff on operational procedures
- Provide backup support for admin team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 4+ years of administrative experience in professional services
- Strong writer capable of thriving in a fast paced environment
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $90K base depending on experience + bonus
- Company contributes 80% towards healthcare
- 25 days' vacation, 10 sick days, and Holidays
- 401K with match
