About the Job
Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a team in their NYC office. The hours are 9am-6pm (flex to check phone after hours) and this role is hybrid with Tuesday-Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remote.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex calendars for 2-3 executives
- Schedule a high volume of meetings and proactively resolve conflicts
- Liaise with internal business units and external parties, offering support for key projects
- Plan international/domestic travel including flights, hotels and ground transportation
- Process expenses in a timely manner
- Plan and assist with HR events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of EA experience, preferably some tenure supporting an HR team
- Tech savvy professional proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook)
- Organized professional capable of handling confidential information with discretion
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $100K-125K base depending on experience + OT + bonus
