Position Title: Executive Assistant

Location: New York, NY

Pay Range: $28.14/hr

Position Summary

• The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to a senior executive / MD and their immediate team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
• This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Required Skills

• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and catering.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
• Oversee office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
• Provide administrative support to other departments as required.

Desired Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in an administrative or senior executive support role.
• Previous experience in a banking or financial environment is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
