This company is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support their leadership team and help drive success to the next level.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$35 – $45/hr, $80,000 – $100,000
Position Overview:
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations. You will provide comprehensive administrative support, coordinate projects, and help manage the CEO’s calendar, communications, and key tasks. This Executive Assistant role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure deadlines are met
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
- Assist with tracking and coordinating various ongoing projects, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and timelines are adhered to
- Oversee office logistics, order supplies, and maintain a comfortable and productive work environment
- Help plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, both virtually and in-person
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a marketing, creative, or fast-paced industry
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with project management tools is a plus
- Must have creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, evolving environment
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership in tasks and projects
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
