Client Overview:
Our client, a vibrant and expanding startup, is actively searching for a sharp and efficient Executive Assistant to lend invaluable support to their CEO. As the company is rapidly growing, they are looking for someone who can hit the ground running while aid with support alongside their extremely busy CEO. This position is temp to perm and offers the flexibility to work remotely a few days per week.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$30 – $38/hr; $80,000 – $95,000 depending on experience
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate should be an efficient and productive team player possessing strong levels of organizational skills. They are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant who thrives in a collaborative, creative, and dynamic environment. They should be proactive in tackling challenges and must be equipped with exceptional writing and problem-solving abilities. The candidate should be passionate about contributing to an energetic team as well as a fast-paced and innovative culture. This role requires large amounts of administrative capabilities, previous experience as a high-level Executive Assistant is greatly encouraged.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Manage all administrative needs for the CEO
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements
- Update and manage extensive, always changing calendars
- Schedule a variety of internal and external meetings
- Screen telephone calls and direct accordingly
- Assist with event planning when needed
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills in MS Office including expert PowerPoint skills
- Must be a team player and have the ability to communicate effectively
- Must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and team-oriented
- Experience working in a creative industry preferred
- Must be able to handle high pressure situations and a fast-paced environment
- Ideally have at least one year of experience supporting a high-level executive
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
