Executive Assistant - Atrium

Our client is a luxury, Italian fashion brand that specializes in leather handbags, shoes, and accessories. They are well-known all over the world for their classic design, and this fashion brand is never going out of style. They are looking to add an Executive Assistant to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$75k – $85k Depending on experience

Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant must have previous experience supporting senior executives in a corporate setting. The Executive Associate is expected to be proactive and anticipate needs. This role involves supporting the CEO and the team with clerical, administrative, and project-based work. The Executive Assistant should possess good leadership skills and a teamwork mentality. A love for fashion and luxury is always a plus!

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

• The Executive Assistant will serve as the main point of contact and right hand to the CEO
• Scheduling and maintaining calendars
• Prioritizing and coordinating high-volume schedules and managing email correspondence
• Drafting/editing presentations
• Booking domestic and international travel arrangements including airline, hotel, and transportation reservations
• Processing expenses
• Performing ad hoc requests and projects as needed

Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:

• 5 years of Executive Assistant experience demonstrated on resume
• Experience supporting C-level executives
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong multitasking skills
• Hardworking and professional attitude
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
