Salary/Hourly Rate:
$80,000 – $110,000
Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a proactive, innovative, and self-assured Executive Assistant who can seamlessly support high-level executives. This Executive Assistant role demands strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously while adapting to the ever-changing demands of a prestigious firm.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Primary Liaison: Act as the essential point of contact for the team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication
- Event Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of events, while managing vendor relationships to contribute to the firm’s ongoing success
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage executive schedules, ensuring alignment across all parties involved
- Project Participation: Utilize your skills to support various projects, including preparing and editing PowerPoint presentations for high-stakes meetings
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
- Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant, with a proven track record of success
- Industry Insight: Experience within Financial, Real Estate, or Professional Services sectors is required
- Tech Proficiency: Strong expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, ensuring you’re fully equipped to handle the demands of a modern, digital workspace
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
