Salary/Hourly Rate:
$100k – $120k
Position Overview:
Are you the detail-oriented, innovative, and confident Executive Assistant our client is looking for? In this role, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. The Executive Assistant will be an indispensable partner to high-level executives, requiring strong business acumen, top-notch communication skills, and the autonomy to excel.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Central Point of Contact: You will provide exceptional support and serve as the central point of contact for the team, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Event Coordination: Take the lead in coordinating events and managing vendor relationships, contributing to the firm’s seamless operation.
- Calendar Management: Keep your executive’s calendar in tip-top shape, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
- Project Engagement: Contribute your talents to assigned projects, such as editing PowerPoint presentations for meetings, showcasing your versatility.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
- Proven Experience: You have 10+ years of demonstrated Executive/Administrative Assistant experience that shines on your resume.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in Financial, Real Estate, or Professional Services is a must.
- Tech Savvy: You have a strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, making you a valuable asset in the digital world.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
