About the Job
**This will be a hybrid role**
Skillset and Experience:
• Wear multiple hats and embrace all levels of work that range from urgent ad hoc senior management requests to executive assistant coverage
• Manage complex international/domestic travel plans and calendar management – AMEX Travel knowledge preferred
o Booking flights, hotels and ground transportation
• Succeed in a fast-paced environment and short turnaround on deliverables
• Provide backup coverage to Current Administrative Assistants during vacation/sick days
• Process Events and Conferences (EnC) approvals accurately
• Strong knowledge and experience of Concur for expense management
Qualifications:
• Proficient with MS Office, specifically with MS Outlook
• Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• High degree of professionalism, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Adaptable team player
• Great ability for task prioritization
• Self-starter and proven ability to act proactively
