Job Description:
Supports President and VP-level executives by coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, maintaining records, managing office supplies, and coordinating travel.
Provides general administrative support including typing, filing, data entry, and handling confidential information.
Skills Required:
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to handle sensitive information.
Experience Required:
5+ years in a related role.
Education Required:
HS Diploma required; AAS in Secretarial Sciences, Business, or HR preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft needed.
Additional Information:
Temporary ~3-month position with an immediate start after onboarding.
One video interview round (availability needed between Dec. 10–20). Extension unlikely.
