We are hiring an Executive Assistant to provide crucial support to the principal designer of a prestigious luxury interior design firm. Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the principal designer to provide comprehensive executive assistance in the high-end interior design projects.

Organize travel details related to work responsibilities.

Proactively engage in communication to keep the principal connected with clients, prospective clients, colleagues, and press.

Support and oversee outreach efforts for business development initiatives.

Utilize proficiency in AutoCAD to contribute to the design development process.

Ensure excellence in the execution of residential design projects, adhering to the high standards and expectations of the firm.

Demonstrate adept project management by handling multiple assignments concurrently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.

Showcase exceptional time management abilities to optimize productivity and meet project timelines consistently.

Bring creative and innovative thought processes to contribute to the unique and luxurious design solutions the firm is known for.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in AutoCAD

A mandatory requirement includes proficiency in Residential design.

Familiarity with (FF&E) Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment

Presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.

Efficiency in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
