AS or BS in a related field, five years of office experience working with C-suite management, additional required experience below.
Required Experience and Skills
Five or more years of experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in a non-profit organization
Familiarity with and respect for the Hispanic community and culture
Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), TEAMS, and other office productivity platforms
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to comfortably interact with all types of personalities
Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Customer service-orientated professional with proven ability to handle confidential information with diplomacy and discretion
Strong organizational skills with a superior level of detail and follow-through.
Familiarity with non-profit board governance a plus
Working Conditions:
Indoor office setting, the ability to bend, sit, and stand for long periods. Ability to work some evenings.
