Key Responsibilities
- Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communication, memos, and presentations
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for meetings and presentations
- Handle confidential information with integrity and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Prepare expense reports and handle reimbursements for executives
- Track action items and follow up on behalf of executives to ensure timely completion
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives or senior management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
