We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as a Permanent Executive Assistant in the Technology industry. This role is integral to the smooth running of our executive team's operations, providing comprehensive support to our senior leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, requiring excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive approach. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and a desire to develop their career in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the calendars of our senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
2. Handle all incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring that communications are responded to promptly and accurately.
3. Undertake data entry tasks, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases.
4. Provide executive administration support, including preparing reports, presentations, and minutes.
5. Act as the first point of contact for the senior leaders, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Assist in the planning and organization of company events and meetings.
7. Perform other administrative duties as required, such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
2. At least 2 years' experience in the technology industry.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills.
9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
