Executive Assistant & Market Operations Coordinator - CINQCARE

• Proactively address administrative needs as the assigned executive’s delegate, including processing expense reports, requisitions, and shipping needs.
• Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and meals.
• Manage assigned executives' calendars, ensuring strategic scheduling and efficient use of time.
• Schedule appointments, conference calls, and meetings, and ensure meeting materials are prepared.
• Interact diplomatically with various stakeholders in diverse situations.
• Support the preparation of correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
• Answer and transfer phone calls, retrieve information from records, and assist with inquiries.
• Manage assigned executive’s use of technology and collaboration tools.
• Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
• Coordinate event logistics, including virtual and in-person events.
• Develop content for various purposes, such as marketing and communication.
• Conduct simple data analysis to support decision-making.
• Manage office supplies, ordering, and organization.
• Assist with office management tasks as needed

• Leadership: The Executive Assistant will lead in defining and executing strategies and solutions to create business value for CINQCARE including collaborating with their team to design, develop, and execute those strategies and solutions to deliver desired outcomes.
• Strategy: The Executive Assistant will establish the business strategy and roadmap: (1) improve outcomes for CINQCARE Family Members; (2) enhance the efficacy of other CINQCARE. business divisions; and (3) develop and deliver external market opportunities for CINQCARE products and services. In establishing the business strategy, the Executive Assistant will define and innovate sustainable revenue models to drive profitability of the Company.
• Collaboration: The Executive Assistant will ensure that management capabilities form a cohesive offering, including by working closely with other business divisions to learn their needs, internalize their knowledge, and define solutions to achieve the business objectives of CINQCARE.
• Knowledge: The Executive Assistant will provide subject matter expertise organizational development solutions, including determining and recommended approaches for improvement of operations, solution deployment, and performance evaluation.
• Culture: The Executive Assistant is accountable for creating a productive, collaborative, safe and inclusive work environment for their team and as part of the larger Company.

• Education: Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred;
• Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in high-volume office environments;
• Entrepreneurial: CINQCARE seeks to fix gaps that have persisted for generations in the delivery of care to Black and Brown populations. This position is accountable for ensuring CINQCARE is positioned to innovatively deliver on its promise.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills; ability to clearly articulate and present concepts and models in an accessible manner to CINQCARE’s team, investors, partners, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Relationships: Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with business leaders and external constituents; and,
