Vaco Los Angeles is working with a client in the Fintech industry who is looking for an experienced EA to help cover a maternity leave. As the executive assistant your key responsibilities will be to support the CFO with heavy travel arrangements and calendar managment. This opportunity is fully remote but is requiring someone from the CST or EST time zone . This opportunity will be a temp opportunity until the end of August and is looking to pay between $50-$55/hr. Some who has their bachelors Degree and has worked in the Fintech industry is highly preferred.

Job Specifications:
- Over 10 years of EA experience is preferred
- Experience working in the Fintech or Financial industry highly preferred
- Experience working with CEO or CFO required
- Bachelors Degree Highly preferred
- Heavy calendaring and scheduling
- Heavy Travel arrangements both domestic and international
- Handling all correspondence
- Experiences working with Google Suites required
- Excellent communication skills, respectful upwards feedback
- Internalized sense of urgency
