Executive Assistant - Designs by Sundown

Job Responsibilities:

• Drafts correspondence for Client Representative as needed
• Provides dedicated administrative support to Client Representative in a professional, confidential, and organized manner.
• Assists in coordinating client meetings.
• Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails in a friendly and professional manner.
• Edits and completes first drafts for written communications.
• Sort incoming emails based on their importance and urgency.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Additional tasks and responsibilities as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• People oriented, outgoing, friendly and the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
• Represent the company’s best interest in all interaction and communication with clients, vendors, and coworkers at all times
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Education or Formal Training: high school diploma or equivalent, minimum
• Minimum of two or more years of experience with administrative duties
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook required
• Typing efficiency of 40 WPM

Compensation:

• Rate: $18-$25/hr
• 6 Paid Federal Holidays along with the Friday after Thanksgiving and 2 weeks over the Christmas & New Year Holidays
