RESPONSIBILITIES

—Support senior managers and executives in managing their daily organizational responsibilities.

—Assume responsibility for administrative matters and see them through to resolution.

—Create administrative procedures, policies, and standards.

—Establish a distinct mission and implement strategies aligned with that mission.

—Maintain precise records and document all actions and conversations.

—Assess and arrange routine correspondence, such as invitations and informational materials.

—Proficient in using office automation suites, including word processors, spreadsheets, presentation software, and database management systems.

—Evaluate and enhance office policies and procedures, with a focus on documentation and filing systems.

—Gather, arrange, and utilize company statistics and data to enhance efficiency and impact. Present this information in monthly board meetings with department heads.

—Stay updated on industry advancements and implement best practices to enhance areas of improvement.

—Manage resources and leverage assets to accomplish qualitative and quantitative objectives.
