About the Job
You will provides administrative support to attorneys at the firm. Perform a wide range of tasks to ensure that the attorneys workflow is smooth and efficient, including scheduling appointments, managing emails and phone calls, preparing documents and reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with meetings and events. Executive Assistants must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They often serve as a liaison between the clients and other attorneys.

Responsibilities of an Executive Assistant may include:
- Managing the executive’s calendar and scheduling appointments
- Screening phone calls and emails, responding on behalf of the executive as needed
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
- Arranging travel and accommodations for the executive and their team
- Coordinating meetings and events, including logistics, agendas, and materials
- Managing expenses and budgets
- Acting as a liaison between the executive and other departments or external stakeholders
- Conducting research and compiling information as needed
- Maintaining records and files, both physical and digital
- Handling confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion.
