We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Executive Assistant to join our company.

Position Overview: As an Executive Assistant at BS&A, you will be providing high-level administrative support to our executive team. This key role is responsible for streamlining communication and fostering cohesiveness and productivity between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the executive team’s calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on the executive’s behalf.
Draft and prepare emails, memos, reports, and other documents as needed.
Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.
Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take accurate minutes.
Maintain organized and up-to-date files, records, and documentation for the executive office.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and priorities are addressed.
Conduct research and analysis as needed for the executives.
Act as a point of contact during crisis situations, facilitating communication and implementing necessary protocols
Ability to travel if needed
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field or equivalent work experience.
5 plus years experience as an Executive Assistant
Strong Organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proven experience in planning, executing, and overseeing projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
Experienced with calendar management tools and video conferencing platforms.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well with collaboration.
