About the Role:
The Executive Assistant at Wilhelm plays a pivotal role in supporting the CEO by ensuring seamless operations and effective communication between key stakeholders, both internal and external. This role is essential in managing the CEO's schedule, preparing for meetings, and maintaining key client relationships. The Executive Assistant is a trusted partner to the CEO, helping to manage day-to-day tasks with professionalism, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to ensure the CEO is fully prepared and informed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing Schedules: Ensure clients and internal team have access to CEO by coordinating and maintaining his calendar.
2. Communications: Handle personal and CEO's correspondence and communications efficiently. Communicate to clients and staff on behalf of CEO.
3. Meeting Preparation: Ensure that CEO has all materials that he needs for his meetings.
4. Key Client Relationships: Assist CEO in proactive meetings with his key client relationships and producer key accounts.
5. Follow ups: manage follow-ups from meetings to ensure all action items are addressed.
6. Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
