How you will make an impact:
Your work and day-to-day operations are the heartbeat that keeps the site up and running. Our internal and external customers rely on your skills and experience to troubleshoot and creatively solve challenges that arise within the site. Your people skills will help create relationships throughout different teams allowing you to suggest continuous improvement opportunities. You will work on projects that increase the efficiency of our site and help ensure products are delivered safely and on time.
We're looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for our Operations, R&D, and Design functions residing at the Alpharetta site. Primary responsibilities include site projects, scheduling support, correspondence and documentation and reception duties.
- Work independently on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects and initiate continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and prepare and track expense reports for site leadership.
- Author and prepare general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.
- Greet and assist visitors and vendors, and handle telephone calls and messages as necessary.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
Required:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Ability to interface effectively and efficiently with all levels of staff, clients, vendors, and visitors.
- Ability to maintain and handle confidential materials on a routine basis.
- Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to work occasional overtime, some weekend work could be required but not typical.
- All applicants must be a United States citizen, able to demonstrate suitability for a Position of Public Trust.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
- Minimum of two years of administrative support experience preferred.
- Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
