Executive Assistant - Bhojani Law, PLLC

Bhojani Law, PLLC, a growing law firm and title company based in Irving, Texas, is searching for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team and work directly with the firm's managing partner as well as manage tasks for additional businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a proven system for managing busy calendars and a high volume of emails, will be highly self-motivated, organized, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fun and fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate executive communications, including checking and responding to e-mails on different e-mail accounts, taking phone calls, and interfacing with clients and vendors

• Manage and maintain the executive's calendar on a regular basis

• Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries

• Working with financial documents for various businesses

• Prepare marketing material and post across all social media channels

• Arrange various events to take place inside and outside of the office

• Working with financial documents for various businesses

• Bookkeeping for partners various businesses and investments

• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality, both internally and externally

• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele

Required skills:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software

• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

• Exceptional interpersonal skills

• Friendly and professional demeanor

• Investment, asset management and hospitality experience is a plus
