The successful person in this role is responsible for providing high level administrative support to executive level management and providing business support to Executive Vice President, Head of Investment Banking Capital Markets.
- Manage agendas, meeting materials, facilitates all calls with clients and C-Suite executives, as well as Board Members, Press, Politicians, and other stakeholders
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Prepare executive summaries, presentations, correspondence, and memos
- Oversee and update contact database information
- Independently prepare and review expense reports for executives and their direct reports
- Communicate all changes, challenges, and address any issues to executives in a timely fashion and provide solutions
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion
- Anticipate Executive’s and organizational needs
- Perform other duties as required and assigned

Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University preferred, but not required
- 3+ years of recent experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite Executives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Concur, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Zoom preferred
- Highly organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Strong collaboration and team building skills
- Experience in Financial Services, particularly Investment Banking Capital Markets organizations preferred

Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $80,000-$100,000.
